• Rate: Free (You may not want to work with me, and vice versa!)

2. MVP Development & Scaling Assistance

Overview: Full-stack architecture, MVP builds, and rapid iteration for startups. Leveraging expertise in high-performance distributed systems, LLM integration, and Web3 to build robust and innovative products.

• Structure: Typically a combination of service fees and/or equity, with flexible terms particularly for pre-funded ventures. I'm selective about the projects I take on, focusing on founders and ideas I genuinely believe in.

3. Fractional CTO / Strategic Technical Leadership

Overview: High-level technical guidance, team mentorship, and architectural oversight on a flexible, part-time basis. Drawing on extensive experience to provide strategic industry insight and help avoid costly technical missteps.

• Structure: Engagements are typically structured with monthly retainers, equity shares, or hybrid models, tailored to the scope and potential upside of our collaboration.
• Goal: To provide impactful technical direction and innovation (e.g., like with the award-winning 8-Bit Oracle) without the overhead of a full-time CTO.

4. Project-Based Pricing (Custom)

Overview: For one-off projects, including code reviews, technical audits, and strategic assessments, leveraging deep experience in enterprise MDM, blockchain, and AI.

• Arrangement: For defined projects like code reviews, technical audits, or strategic assessments, we'll agree on a fixed scope and value. Terms are adapted to the project's specific needs and strategic importance.
